This Privacy Policy explains what types of information is collected by Creating a Family’s website, www.CreatingaFamily.org, and the NurseED Online Learning Site nursecontinuingeducation.org  and how this information is used. Please understand that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online this information cannot be made 100% secure and, in some cases, that information can be intercepted, collected and used by others. However, we will do our part to try to minimize your exposure.

What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected

If you create an account to allow access to NurseEd, you voluntarily provide your name and email address. We will use this information in providing access to these services.  You will also be added to Creating a Family e-communications. 

We will use this information to communicate with you regarding resources related to infertility education and support. Each newsletter has an easy way to unsubscribe or “opt out” if you do not wish to receive our communication.

Email Privacy

It’s simple: Creating a Family does not provide, sell, or rent email addresses to anyone outside or our organization.

The Creating a Family websites use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website, and for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.
